All orders can be canceled and therefore the money returned except if they have already been packed or shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an item, you must contact us through the contact tab of our website as soon as possible.
Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, your order can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed period (45 business days without including the processing time of the shipment from 1 to 2 days), you can request a refund.
If you received an incorrect item, you can also request a return or a refund.
You can send refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message in the form of the contact tab of our website.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and the money will be returned to you in the original payment method with which you made the purchase within a maximum period of 4 days.
